Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all uploads, prompts, edits, generated outputs, captions, and any other content or behavior on Picavo.
Model Disclosure
Our image generation and editing features use GPT Image. Our video generation features use seedance2.0. These models can produce imperfect or unexpected results, so you must review every image and video output before publishing, distributing, or using it commercially.

- Violent or graphic content — This includes gore, mutilation, extreme injury, torture, or content created to glorify real-world violence.
- Hate speech — This includes content that attacks, degrades, or promotes violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits.
- Child unsafe content or CSAM — This includes any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors, whether real or simulated.
- Deepfakes or impersonation — This includes deceptive content that falsely depicts a real person saying, doing, or endorsing something they did not, or content intended to mislead others about identity or authority.

- Preserve relevant logs or records where needed to investigate abuse or comply with law.
Serious violations may also be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
